Atmospheres Data Processing
Collection 5 Aqua atmospheres reprocessing and forward processing started April 10 and will be completed by 7/10/2006. Terra atmospheres reprocessing is expected to start on 7/11 and will be completed by 12/11/2006. A Collection 5 Terra forward processing chain will start NLT 7/11/2006. The initial interval to be reprocessed will be datadays January 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006; the leading edge is presently at dataday 214 (August 9, 2005). Collection 5 Aqua forward processing has started at dataday April 1, 2006. Until May 15 access to these data will be limited to the MODIS atmospheres Science Team.
