Version-5 Land Cover Type Product collections Decommissioned
Based on directions from the MODIS Science Team, LP DAAC has decommissioned the V5 Land Cover Type (MCD12Q1) and the Land Cover Type Climate Modeling Grid (MCD12C1) product collections. Users are directed to the V51 of these two collections that incorporate certain algorithm refinements, and also are based on revised training data inputs.
